Your pictures: Exercise

Each week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week the theme is exercise and we begin with an image taken by Yvonne Smith of the annual Catford Hill Climb in Kent.
Hua Wang: "Learning how to walk is the first exercise that everyone does. A Chinese boy puts a lot of effort into trying to climb the stairs inside a temple."
Kasia Korzeniowska: "I thought it'd be fun to photograph my friends skipping in the park, as it's really only something we do as young girls. Photographing them on an early autumn evening in a park in Suwon, South Korea, where we live, was fun, not least because of the looks we got from all the Korean joggers and walkers passing us by!"
James Whaley: "I accompanied my mum on a walk with the family's young Weimaraner, Vero. He needs as much exercise as he can get, still being a puppy, and gets very excitable in the autumnal leaves of the valleys and fields."
Stuart Middleton: "My students at Beihang University in Beijing taking part in the relay finals on sports day: The students in my department are all training to be pilots with China Southern Airways, and keeping in good physical shape is required to stay on the programme."
Patricia Schussel Gomes: "During a tour around the Summer Palace, in Beijing, I came across an old man doing a long sequence of strength exercises impressing everybody with his physical fitness and resistance that most young people wouldn't be able to reach."
Wendy Thomson: "I took this whilst taking part in a boot camp on Glasgow Green through my Gym Glasgow Club Gorbals. It was taken last weekend. It looks sunny, but it was freezing."
Gaynor Barnard: "A friend fools around on her cycle while out for some scenic exercise in the English countryside."
Renee Herrero: "This is my daughter Guali, practising yoga by the seaside, in Piri Polis, Uruguay, during sunset. I took this picture two summers ago, during our Christmas holidays."
Jonathan Hanson: "My wife and I were cycling around Lochwinnoch , Refrewshire County, and we came across this sculpture made from two old millstones. My wife couldn't resist swapping bikes."
