Image source, Jae-Kyung KimJae-Kyung Kim: "Last year, I made a needlepoint bag using 30 different colours of Medici wool yarn, and this is what came out of that. I worked with four strands at a time, allowing me to mix and shade colours, shown at the triangular corner. The mosaic part was made by lining up the 30 colours and following the order back and forth, snaking around to the end."
