Your pictures: My diet
Each week, we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week it is "My diet".
Martin Ryan: "While visiting the western Peloponnese [southern Greece] our host took us to a food stall on a quiet little beach. Sitting in the shade of some trees, we lunched on fresh sardines, bread, a carafe of local wine and Ouzo."
Modesto S. Esmorís
Modesto Esmorís: "Bread is very important in my diet, it is the only food I eat every single day and I love its aroma while being baked. Last summer I saw this old baker and his old wood oven in a street market in the north-west of Spain."
Mark Dvornik: "I am from the USA and I have been asked to executive produce the very first College American Football New Year Bowl game in China. It will be played in Shenzhen. I am eating totally differently over here. The food is so healthy and the presentation and diverse combinations are delicious."
Harper Stein: "Doing anything requires research!"
Antonio Ilario: "I come from Rotondi, a little town in the south of Italy. I took this picture in my parents' kitchen on a sunny winter Sunday. That day I asked my mother to show me how to prepare gnocchi in the same simple way my granny did. The tradition will be continued!"
Cate Waters made this picture of a bowl of fruit and a smoothie.
Laurie Belka sent in this colourful picture of a box of berries.
And finally Teddy Everett sent in an image titled Fruit ninja. The next theme is "Winter views" and the deadline for your entries is 24 January. If you would like to enter, send your pictures to email@example.com.
