A doctors surgery run by private health firm has been rated inadequate by a private watchdog.
According to a report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Eldene surgery in Swindon - run by the IMH Group - was accused of putting patients health at risk.
The findings were released in a CQC inspection report made public on the 2 July
Labor Councillor for the Park South area, Bazil Solomon, has asked for health secretary Matt Hancock to intervene.
Mr Solomon said: "We don't have access to the surgery as much as we should, as well as children with disabilities...there's lot's of problems there."
Eldene Surgery is one of five doctors surgeries run by Integral Medical Holdings (IMH).
