Headlines to hotel: Telegraph HQ refurb plans submitted

Plans to turn the former headquarters of the Coventry Telegraph into a 1950s style boutique hotel have been formally submitted to the council.

The building was boarded up in 2012, and has been left frozen in time ever since.

The new hotel is due to be finished just in time for Coventry's turn as the UK's city of culture in 2021.
