Our updates rounding up the county's news, travel, weather forecast and other things that catch our eye from around the county have now ended for today. Here's a reminder:
- GlaxoSmithKline announced it would withdraw its plans to build a £350m biopharmaceutical plant in Ulverston. It was met with disappointment by two south Cumbrian MPs.
- More than £65m will be spent on improvements to the health system in north Cumbria including a new cancer radiotherapy centre in Carlisle and the next phase of redevelopment at the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven.
- And the county's top police dog handler is retiring after 25 years working for Cumbria Police's dog section.
We'll be back from 08:00 tomorrow to do it all again.
Have a very good evening.
