Police appeal over fatal A38 crash

Police say a motorcyclist who died in a crash with a lorry on the A38 has still to be formally identified but is believed to be in his forties.

The accident happened in a layby near Swanwick yesterday morning and police are appealing for witnesses.

Motorcyclist killed on A38

A motorcyclist has died after crashing into a lorry parked in a layby on the A38 near Swanwick.

Police are still investigating the crash, which happened at 10:45 yesterday.
