He says: "There's certain parts of this that we are in favour of but there are other things on there that will risk our members losing their livelihoods, like the parking contravention that I think is totally unfair."
Drivers will meet in Coach Drive in Victoria Park. They'll then head into the city along Regent Road, turning right onto Waterloo Way and past the railway station.
After that they'll go anticlockwise around the inner ring road along St George's Way, St Matthews Way, Burleys Way and Vaughan Way.

They're angry about a trial penalty points scheme, due to be brought in at the start of next month.
Under it, cabbies will be given points if they're caught breaking one of 10 rules. If they reach 12 point, they could lose their licence.

Offences include anything from failing to show an official badge to not wearing a seatbelt or refusing to pick up a passenger without a valid reason.
The most contentious penalty is four points for parking incorrectly, including on double yellow lines.

Yesterday evening Kayleigh's family joined about 500 people at a vigil at St Laurence Church in Measham.
Purple balloons were released into the sky by the family and hundreds of candles were lit in her memory.
Kayleigh Haywood: Second man charged with grooming

A second man, 27-year-old Luke Harlow, also of George Avenue in Ibstock, was charged with grooming and two counts of sexual activity with a child.
He will also appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning.

Last night police charged a 28-year-old man with the teenager's murder and rape.
Stephen Beadman, of George Avenue in Ibstock, will appear in court this morning.
