Three fire engines have been dealing with a fire in Grimsby this morning.
Humberside Fire and Rescue were called to the property in the Broadway area at around 07.45 this morning.
Housing bosses in Lincoln say a huge project to replace fire doors and door frames in the city's tower blocks is worth the price tag to put residents at ease.

City of Lincoln Council's spending a million pounds on improving fire safety in its three high-rise blocks - Trent View (above) Shuttleworth House and Jarvis House.
Although the current doors meet regulations, the authority says it wants the very best protection for residents in the wake of the Grenfell Tower disaster in London.

Work on second footbridge 'progressing well'
A new footbridge over Lincoln's Brayford Wharf East level crossing should be open by the spring.

Network Rail say engineers started work in October, and the project is "progressing well".
There have been repeated problems with pedestrians and motorists trying to beat the automatic barriers at the crossing in the city centre.
Network Rail says the footbridge will make the crossing safer. It's the second footbridge in the city after the High Street bridge was completed two years ago.
Police issue new appeal after three-vehicle crash on A52
Police have issued a new appeal for witnesses after a three-vehicle crash in Lincolnshire which left two people with serious injuries.

Lincolnshire Police want to speak to witnesses following the collision between a white Mercedes-Benz lorry, a white DAF box van and a beige Fiat 500.
The driver and the passenger of the Fiat suffered serious injuries in the incident on the A52 at Bicker on December 14.
Police investigating hare coursing seize uninsured vehicle
Police investigating hare coursing have seized a vehicle from two men trying to get into Lincolnshire with lurcher dogs.
Officers from Operation Galileo, which targets hare coursing, stopped the uninsured car in West Lindsey this morning.
Lincolnshire Police Rural Crime Team previously asked for information about hare coursing planned for over the Christmas period:

Arrests after Christmas Eve fight at Grimsby takeaway
Police investigating a fight at a Chinese takeaway in Grimsby on Christmas Eve have arrested four people.
A pair of men were reportedly assaulted by a group of people after an "altercation" inside the shop on St Nicholas Drive at about 20:00.
Humberside Police say two men and two women who were arrested have been released under investigation while investigations continue.
