New York Giants receiver Victor Cruz, who describes himself as half Latino, endorsed the president in a web advert unveiled on Sunday.
"It's been a long time since we've actually had a voice like this and had someone that really cares about the Latin community," Cruz says in the clip.
Cruz is from New Jersey. That state and New York are certain to vote for the president anyway.
