The Black Eyed Peas' Fergie gives birth to first child

The Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has given birth to her first child in Los Angeles, a spokeswoman has confirmed.
The 38-year-old singer and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, announced the arrival of their son, who they have named Axl Jack Duhamel.
Ruth Bernstein, who represents Duhamel, said the baby weighed 7lb 10oz (3.5kg).
Fergie rose to fame when she joined The Black Eyed Peas, with the band having a number of hits from the first album she appeared on, 2003's Elephunk.
The group also includes will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo.
In 2006 Fergie released a solo album called The Dutchess.
Josh Duhamel, 40, is best known for his roles in the Transformers films and romantic comedies including Safe Haven and New Year's Eve.
Earlier this week Josh tweeted: "Curious how your pets reacted when you brought home your first newborn child. Any advice?"
Fergie also used the social networking site to post a picture of their dog with an animal behaviourist, along with the message "getting our doggie daughter ready for her new brother".
The singer recently changed her name from Stacy Ann Ferguson to Fergie Duhamel.
She and her husband married in 2009.
