Protests about the current tensions in Kashmir have been held outside the Indian consulate in Birmingham this morning.
The demonstration follows India's government stripping the state of Jammu and Kashmir of autonomy after seven decades
The move has led to Kashmir being in lockdown and thousands of troops being deployed to the area.
The protest today was organised via Facebook and West Midlands Police said they would have officers in the area.
