One half of the duo Everything but the Girl, Tracey Thorn describes her new album as “nine feminist bangers”. She talks to Front Row’s John Wilson about how picking up a guitar changed her life, writing a “hymn to contraception” and how a slogan at the Women’s March in London inspired a song.
