Did you take out a 125% mortgage and now regret it?

The BBC is working on a series about the credit bubble, which explores the easy loans and mortgages that were available before the financial crash.

We are looking for people who took out a 125% mortgage in the last 10 years and are now struggling with repayments.

We want to find out what you thought was appealing about these mortgages and why you believed it was a good deal at the time.

We would also like to know what you think about 125% mortgages now. Do you blame the banks for offering them? Or the regulators for allowing it? Or do you wish we could do it all again?

If you are someone who took out a 125% mortgage and want to tell your story, the BBC would love to her from you.
