The Olympic and Paralympic Games will be the biggest sporting event in what is already a very busy year for sport.

Along with annual events such as Wimbledon, football's European Championships will begin in June and golf's biennial Ryder Cup will be contested later this year.

In cricket, England will play test matches and one-day internationals against the West Indies, South Africa and Australia, before defending their World Twenty20 title in Sri Lanka in September.

Are you a big fan of sport? Do you plan to go to several sporting events this year?

The BBC would like to hear from you if you are planning to buy a number of tickets to see many sporting events.
