Man kidnapped at petrol station in Suffolk

A 29-year-old man has reported being kidnapped in Suffolk and driven to Essex.

The man was falsely imprisoned after he went to a petrol station at the Tesco store in Anson Road, Martlesham Heath, at about 0320 BST, he told police.

Two men forced him into his car - a Land Rover Freelander - blindfolded him, and drove him to a petrol station in Cressing, Essex, the victim said.

They then headed off in his car which was later found on the A1120.

The man has been left shaken but was not injured.

The first man is described as being white and tall at about 6ft 7in (2.1m). The second man was considerably shorter.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Suffolk Police.
