Charges over Centaur Social Club attack in Crawley

Two men from Kent have been charged with an attack outside a Crawley social club which left a man with serious head injuries.

The 30-year-old victim was assaulted at the entrance of the Centaur Social Club in Langley Green on Saturday at about 2320 BST.

Sussex Police said a 33-year old man from Tonbridge has been charged with three counts of grievous bodily harm.

A 28-year-old man, from Westerham, faces two counts of the same charge.

They are both due at Crawley Magistrates' Court later.
