Seven more Hartlepool men have been charged after trouble flared after a game leaving two Sheffield fans in hospital.
The incident followed Hartlepool United's 5-0 home defeat by Sheffield Wednesday on 28 August.
The men, aged between 20 and 48, face charges including affray and grievous bodily harm and have been bailed to appear in court on 13 October.
Two men, aged 23 and 27, have already appeared in court.
Wednesday supporter Kevin Taylor, 50, from Rotherham, suffered severe head injuries in the incident and was airlifted to James Cook University Hospital, in Middlesbrough.
Mr Taylor came out of his coma a week later and was diagnosed as having a fractured skull.
He was transferred to a hospital near his South Yorkshire home last month.
Another Owls supporter suffered facial injuries, but was allowed home the day after the attack.
