Charges after Luton Town and York City football match

Police have charged 14 people with affray following crowd trouble at a football match between Luton Town and York City.

A group of fans invaded the pitch at the end of the Blue Square Premier play-off semi-final on 3 May.

Those charged will appear before Luton Magistrates' Court on 12 October.

Another eight adults received cautions for affray and 15 teenagers received final warnings.

All those who received cautions or final warnings have entered into Acceptable Behaviour Contracts until 31 January 2011 with conditions not to go to any Luton Town football games and not to be involved in any disorder during this time.
