Swindon woman charged after death of motorcyclist on M4

A 25-year-old woman has been charged with causing the death of a motorcyclist near Swindon by careless driving while over the alcohol limit.

Wayne Moores, 28, from Eastleigh, Hampshire, died in a collision with a Vauxhall Astra on the M4 during the early hours of 18 September.

The driver, Donna Hackett, of Radnor Street, Swindon, has been released on police bail.

She is due to appear before the town's magistrates on 31 December.
