Norfolk man charged over fatal crash in Cornwall

A man from Norfolk has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a fatal collision on the A30 in Cornwall last year.

Margaret Connelly, 39, from the Newquay area, was killed in the four-vehicle crash between Highgate Hill and Victoria, near Bodmin, on 2 October.

A 26-year-old man from West Winch, King's Lynn, has been charged and released on bail, police said.

He is due to attend Bodmin Magistrates' Court on 5 April, police said.

The collision led to both carriageways being shut for 13 hours.
