Sex clinic open for youths with drug and alcohol issues

A new sexual health clinic has opened is doors to young people who have problems with alcohol and drugs.

Darlington Council's substance misuse team Switch is running the drop-in clinic in Beaumont Street West from 1000 to 1400 GMT every Saturday.

It offers emergency contraception, hepatitis jabs and chlamydia testing.

It also offers complementary therapies such as Indian head massage and acupuncture to help young people going through detox programmes.
