Christchurch woman named following A338 crash

A woman who died in a three-vehicle crash on a major route through Hampshire has been named.

Emma Dunn, 30, from Christchurch, Dorset, was driving a Citroen Saxo car when it collided with a Peugeot car and a lorry on the A338 near Fordingbridge.

She died at Salisbury District Hospital following the crash at about 0800 BST.

Police want to speak to a driver who overtook the Morrisons lorry before the crash between Braemore, Hampshire, and Downton, Wiltshire.

The Peugeot driver suffered minor injuries. The lorry driver was unhurt.

The road was closed for nearly six hours to allow officers to investigate.
