Surrey man Luke Young admits robbery charges

A 21-year-old Surrey man who was arrested after a public appeal has admitted two counts of robbery.

Luke Young, of Gatley Avenue, Epsom, pleaded guilty to the charges at Guildford Crown Court on Thursday.

Charges of grievous bodily harm and aggravated vehicle taking are to remain on file. He was remanded in custody to be sentenced on 30 June.

Unemployed Young was arrested in March following a public appeal for details of his whereabouts by Surrey Police.
