More than 90 firefighters from across the South West have been involved in tackling a fire in Devon overnight.

Crews from Devon, Cornwall and Somerset were called to the blaze in the village of Ide near Exeter at about 20:00 BST on Sunday.

The fire service said two thatch-roofed properties were affected by the fire and "well alight".

It added the fire was now under control but crews remained at the site.
