First Great Western depot derailment delays trains

First Great Western (FGW) rail passengers have been warned of delays of up to an hour after a train derailed at a depot in Reading.

The incident has led to a shortage of train units and disruption is expected until 16.00 BST.

FGW routes, including those to London from Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Basingstoke, have been affected.

Passengers have been advised they can use alternative services with CrossCountry or South West Trains.
