Brittany Ferries extend sailings to help passengers
Summer timetable ferry sailings from Poole have been extended to help some strike-affected passengers get home.
Services between Plymouth and France and Spain are cancelled until Tuesday, because of the dispute.
Condor Ferries will operate the extra services on Brittany Ferries' behalf until Friday 5 October.
Wildcat strikes by French staff began on 20 September over proposals to withdraw workers' allowances and change their working hours.
Brittany Ferries said meetings with union officials have taken place but as no agreement has yet been reached and services remain suspended, except the Poole-Cherbourg passenger service.
Earlier this week, the company said the action had cost it millions of pounds.
It has since added it had good cash reserves which would see it through "for the foreseeable future".
The company said the dispute posed no threat to the company's long-term future in Plymouth.
