Cover Heath arrests: Three held after drugs uncovered

Three people were arrested after drugs believed to have an estimated street value of up to £60,000 were uncovered.

Two men, aged 20 and 49, and a 26-year-old woman, all from Wolverhampton, were arrested at an address in Coven Heath, Staffordshire, earlier.

The seized drugs were believed to be cocaine and amphetamine.

The three people were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply controlled drugs and handling stolen goods.

Officers uncovered drugs, cash and suspected stolen property.

The seized drugs were believed to have an estimated street value of £55,000 to £60,000.

Police seized 170 pairs of trainers, clothing and small electrical items.
