The Duchess of Cornwall rubbed shoulders with Hairy Bikers when she visited staff who deliver meals on wheels to people in Surrey.

Camilla, who is an honorary member of the National Association of Care Caterers, returned to a community centre she first visited two years ago.

At the centre in Molesey she met Si King and Dave Myers, TV's Hairy Bikers, who are filming a food show there.

She also learned about a new food delivery service in nearby Cobham.

The TV chefs rode on their trademark motorbikes to visit the first recipient of the new service, while the duchess took the more traditional car journey.

Earlier, still on the theme of food, Camilla met children at Godolphin Junior School, in Slough, to launch a national competition to encourage youngsters to grow produce for a harvest festival celebration at Westminster Abbey.
