Police said an 19-year-old from Edgbaston was arrested after attending Bloxwich Police Station at 14:20 BST.
An 18-year-old man who was arrested on Saturday remains in police custody.
Investigations into the stabbing are ongoing, West Midlands Police said.
Mr Ribera, from the Moseley area of Birmingham, used the stage name Depzman.
A post-mortem examination revealed he died from a stab wound to the heart.
Police were called to Coronation Road just before 23:00 on Friday by the ambulance service.
The attack came after an event in memory of Kyle Sheehan who was stabbed in the leg in the Bartley Green area of Birmingham on 21 September 2012.
Part of Coronation Road remains cordoned off as investigations continue at the scene.
Appealing for further information, Det Insp Gary Plant, said: "There are still a number of people who haven't been spoken to by police. A lot of Joshua's friends were at the function and may have vital information about what happened and we urge them to come forward."
'Beautiful, talented son'
Paying tribute to her son, Joshua's mother, Alison Cope wrote on her Facebook page: "The most beautiful son a mum could ask for has been taken from me. All who know me know he was my world, my everything.
"I loved him with every bit of my heart and my heart is now broken. He was kind, caring, funny, affectionate, beautiful and talented.
"He was stabbed in the heart and they tried for six hours to save him but he needed to go.
"I love you Josh and I don't know how I can go on without my baby boy xxx".
