Portslade School for Boys teacher charged with sex crimes
A retired teacher has been charged with sex offences against pupils at the school where he worked.
Geoffrey Parkin, 66, from Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, is accused of nine indecent assaults against six boys who were aged 11 and 12 at the time.
The attacks are alleged to have taken place while Mr Parkin was a teacher at the Portslade School for Boys, which Sussex Police said closed in the 1970s.
The alleged offences took place at a pool and a Devon campsite, police said.
Mr Parkin, of Nursery Close, is due to appear before magistrates in Brighton on Thursday.
