A community hall in Milton Keynes has been destroyed by arsonists, police have said.
The fire started in the early hours of Saturday at the Conniburrow Community Association's Neighbourhood House.
A police spokeswoman said the rear doors of the hall had been forced and the fire was then believed to have been started deliberately.
Thames Valley Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
Sgt Susan Herbert said: "The centre was used by local residents and its destruction will have a massive impact within the community."
