Woman and boy injured at Sainsbury's store in Luton

A woman and a young boy were injured when a wooden structure fell on them as they shopped at Sainsbury's.

The pair suffered minor head injuries while queuing at the checkout of the store in Bramingham Park, Luton, at about 1300 BST.

The East of England Ambulance Service said the woman is believed to be in her 30s and the boy is thought to be five years old.

Sainsbury's is co-operating with a Health and Safety Executive inquiry.
