Man appears in court on murder charge

Paul Mondon, 47, leaves behind three children and his wife

A 23-year-old man has appeared at crown court charged with murder of a man in Bedfordshire.

Paul Mondon, 47, of Greenfield Road, Flitton, Bedfordshire, suffered head injuries in an incident in High Street South, Dunstable, on Saturday.

Marc Allen, of High Street, Luton, appeared at Luton Crown Court charged with his murder.

He is due back in court on 20 December when he is expected to enter a plea.
