Man appears in court over prisoner death

A man has appeared in court via video link charged with murdering a fellow inmate at a jail in Buckinghamshire.

Robert Coello, 44, from Whitley, Berkshire, was found with head injuries by staff in his cell at Grendon prison on 1 August and died in hospital.

He had been jailed in 2006 for four counts of rape against a child.

Lee Foye, 27, appeared at Luton Crown Court charged with murder and the case was adjourned until 13 December for a plea hearing.
