Toys at Milton Keynes family centre vandalised

Children's toys at a family centre in Buckinghamshire have been stolen and vandalised.

Items including a red and yellow ride-on car and a wooden fire engine, were stolen from Greenleys Local Centre, Greenleys in Milton Keynes.

Offenders entered the rear garden on Sunday evening and took the toys before destroying them nearby.

A Thames Valley police spokesman said it had had a "big impact" on the children that use them.
