Driver in fatal ditch car crash in Hertfordshire named

A driver who died when his car crashed into a ditch in Hertfordshire has been named as a 36-year-old from London.

Joseph Greaney from Clanricarde Gardens, Kensington, was driving a Citroen which left Ashanger Lane, between Clothall and Weston.

He died at the scene of the crash at about 1915 BST on Sunday.

Pc Ian Breacher said: "Although it is a secluded road, we hope that someone might have seen something that will help us find out what happened."
