Man denies street attack murder in Dunstable

A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of a father-of-three in Bedfordshire.

Paul Mondon, 47, of Greenfield Road, Flitton, Bedfordshire, suffered head injuries in an incident in High Street South, Dunstable, on 9 October.

Marc Allen, 23, of High Street, Luton, appeared at Luton Crown Court. He also denied a charge of affray.

He was remanded in custody. His trial is due to start in May 2011 at the same court.
