Girl, 15, raped in Hemel Hempstead house
A 15-year-old girl was raped in a house in Hertfordshire after being dragged into an alleyway and sexually assaulted, police have revealed.
The girl was near Washington Avenue in Hemel Hempstead when a man approached her and tried to talk to her.
She ignored him but he pulled her into the alley and assaulted her. She was then raped at a house in Claymore, Hertfordshire Police said.
The attack happened between 1700 and 1900 GMT. Two men were later arrested.
The men, aged 28 and 31 and from Hemel Hempstead, were held on suspicion of rape and subsequently released on bail pending further inquiries.
Police have appealed for witnesses.
Det Insp Steve Keating said: "The attacker targeted a young and vulnerable girl and I would appeal to anyone who has any information about what happened to contact police."
