Maple Cross man, Nathan Rutter, denies attempted murder

A 20-year-old man has denied attempted murder after a car struck a group of men in Hertfordshire.

Nathan Rutter, from Longlees, in Maple Cross, is accused of driving a car which hit four men in Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, in the early hours of 5 May.

He pleaded not guilty at St Albans Crown Court on Monday.

The defendant was remanded in custody to appear at the same court for trial on 28 October.
