Murder inquiry after body found at Nash Park travellers' site

A murder investigation has begun after a man's body was found at a travellers' site.

Adam Fanelli, 31, of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, was found dead at the site in Nash Park, Buckinghamshire, on Tuesday morning.

Thames Valley Police said an inquiry had started and a post-mortem examination would be carried out.

Police said Mr Fanelli's next of kin had been informed and appealed for witnesses.

Det Ch Insp Simon Steel said: "A team of detectives is carrying out a number of enquiries in relation to this murder investigation and we are working to locate the offender or offenders.

"Officers from the local Neighbourhood Team will continue to patrol locally to provide reassurance and if anyone has any concerns, please feel free to approach an officer."
