Hundreds of people attended the funeral of a Berkshire runner who raised thousands for cancer research.

Steve Lee, from Reading, died in January, aged 65, after a three-year battle with mesothelioma.

Mourners travelled from as far away as Poland for the service in St Andrew's Church, Sonning, on Friday.

Mr Lee, a member of Reading Roadrunners, helped the club raise more than £40,000 for mesothelioma research at the University of London.
