Sex assault by cyclist on dog-walker in Bracknell park

A dog-walker was sexually assaulted in a park in Bracknell, Berkshire, by a cyclist who asked her for directions.

The woman, aged 19, was approached by a man, who spoke with a French accent, on a mountain bike in Wooden Hill Park.

He put both arms around her, hugging her tightly. She pushed him away but he then kissed her before she pushed him away and ran off.

The attacker, who struck at about 17:30 on Thursday, is described as aged about 19, 6ft 2in, slim, but muscular.

He was wearing brown leather shoes, blue jeans, and a white short-sleeved polo shirt, with either a blue or purple bird symbol on the left of it.

The victim was not injured in the assault, but was left very shaken and upset, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Thames Valley Police.
