A 19-year-old woman has been raped near two University of Reading campuses.
She was found by friends at about 02:00 GMT and told them she had been attacked near bridges between the Whiteknights and Shinfield campuses.
The teenager told police she had been assaulted by two men and that one of them raped her.
Police have set up a cordon around the scene of the incident while investigations are carried out. Officers appealed for witnesses.
'Speaking with victim'
Both men are described as white, in their early 20s, between 5ft 10ins and 5ft 11ins and spoke with southern accents.
They wore jeans and trainers, and one of them wore a black hooded top.
Det Insp Rod Howell said: "At this time we are still speaking with the victim and we do not have more information to give.
"We have a team of officers investigating this case and carrying out inquiries in the local area and I would ask that if any residents have any concerns, they speak with the officers about these."
