Birmingham man missing in Pakistan found safe and well
A British man who disappeared in Pakistan amid claims he had been kidnapped has been found safe and well.
Mohammed Harris Iqbal, originally from Sparkhill, Birmingham, was last seen in the southern Sindh province on 15 September.
His family said they had been contacted by kidnappers. A Foreign Office statement confirmed he had been found.
It said: "We are pleased to confirm a British national - Mohammed Harris Iqbal - has been found safe and well."
It added: "We have been providing consular assistance to the family and will continue to do so."
