Motorcylist dies in car collision in Weoley Castle

A motorcyclist has died of his injuries after colliding with a car in Birmingham.
The crash happened at the junction of Brinklow and Alwold Road in Weoley Castle at 1400 BST on Saturday.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the motorcylist had multiple serious injuries and died shortly after arriving in hospital.
The driver of the car, a man in his 80s, had minor injuries. Police have asked for witnesses to contact them.
