Birmingham's city centre office and retail complex The Mailbox has been sold for £127.1m.

Brockton Capital LLP is buying the building - where the BBC has a regional office - from Birmingham Mailbox Limited.

The estate also includes residential apartments together with private dedicated car spaces and two hotels.

Brockton Capital will be partnered by Milligan, who will be co-investing in the complex, which opened in 2001.
