Druids Heath stabbing victim named as Oliver Smith

A man who died after being stabbed in Birmingham on Sunday has been named by the police.

West Midlands Police said 23-year-old Oliver Smith, from Kings Norton, died after being attacked in Larkhill Walk, Druids Heath.

Post-mortem tests revealed he died as a result of a single stab wound to the chest, police said.

A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is being questioned by detectives.
