Tipton death crash: Five teenagers arrested

Five teenagers have been arrested after a man died in a crash in the Black Country.

Emergency crews were called to Fisher Street, Tipton, at 00:40 BST where a Vauxhall Corsa hit a lamppost and wall.

A 19-year-old man found lying unconscious on the pavement was taken to hospital but later died, a West Midlands Ambulance spokesman said.

The teenagers, aged between 17 and 19, are being held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
