Two men had to be rescued from the scissor lift
Two brothers have been charged following a rescue operation from a scissor lift while it was 60ft (18m) in the air.
The men, aged 22 and 25, have been charged with aggravated vehicle taking after the incident in Tile Cross, Birmingham.
Police had to rescue two men from the machinery during the incident on Wednesday.
Both are due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on 14 March.
